The battery charging method:

5. to adjust the output voltage of the constant voltage potentiometer to float voltage;
6. connect the battery, test charge.

LED constant current driving method:
1. make sure that you need to drive the LED's current and the high working voltage;
2. adjust constant voltage potentiometer, adjust the output voltage to about 5V.
3. use multimeter 10A current block to measure output short circuit current, adjust constant current potentiometer at the same time, make output current reach predetermined LED working current;
4. adjust constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach LED. high working voltage;
5. connect LED, test machine.
